The zoozoobox.com ("Site") is owned & operated by Zoozoobox LLC an LLC registered in the state of Wyoming, USA.

This Site statement & notice of ("Privacy Policy") iterates Zoozoobox's ("company/we/our/ours/us") policies & practices regarding (collection, storage, processing, usage, transfer, tracking) of ("Personal Information") of Site visitors; users of the ("Platform") & its associated ("Service"), (collectively, the "Platform").

Zoozoobox policies & practices in summary are to maintain absolute minimal data collection of users & respect users rights to privacy.

Our Site uses 3rd party services provided by Cloudflare, Inc. to provide anonymous Site usage statistics. We also use 3rd party services provided by SENDINBLUE & or its brands & subsidiaries to provide data processing.

We do not use cookies for analytics & tracking of any sort beit 1st party or 3rd party (session, persistent, performance, functional, analytical, targeting, strictly necessary, web beacons, web service analytics, etag, entity tag, browser fingerprinting, embedded scripts, local storage, device fingerprinting, device identifiers, mobile device identifiers, recognition technologies).

We do not collect Personal Information in such forms as (ip addresses, browser usage data, device identification information, user behavior, user patterns, ip location data, or any user identifying information).

We do collect (anonymous Site visit usage, total Site traffic statistics, country of origin, number of visits, page views, operating system & browser used). This data is anonymous & can't be used to identify individual visitors.

Any & all Site user information & statistics mentioned herein collected is never (harvested, aggregated, brokered, leased, shared, sold, or used for tracking purposes).

Above mentioned information collected is anonymous & utilized to, observe Site traffic trends, monitor Site performance; in exigent circumstances to manage security incidents, protect ip property rights, comply with legal obligations.

Blockchains are intended to immutably record all transactions, decentralized & operated by myriad 3rd parties not controlled by us; we aren't therefor able to change, modify, alter or otherwise erase data on any blockchain network. Any blockchains is open to forensic analysis of public key & related transactions, leading to possible identification of transacting individuals & disclosure of personal data, when such forensic analysis combines use of public key & other device identification mechanisms. We are not responsible for any 3rd party forensic analysis identification related to use of our services & or in conjunction with any 3rd party crypto trading platform.

9 — LEGAL_AGE — 9

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors including as defined by, (the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act "COPPA" from children under 11), (the UK Data Protection Act Minors "Children's Code" from children under 11), (the German Federal Data Protection Act "BDSG") from children under 11), (the EU/EEA General Data Protection Act "GDPR" from children under 16).

If we determine upon collection of any Personal Information that a user is under (age 11 in the USA or age 16 in the EU/EEA) , we will not use or maintain his/her Personal Information without the parent/guardian's consent. If we opt to engage advertisers, they may target messaging to users by interest-based, demographic, contextual, & other means.

Any 3rd party advertisers either engaged by us or not, track online activities over time & across Sites & mobile applications by collecting information through automated means. They use this information to show advertisements are tailored to individual interests. The information advertising partners engaged or not engaged, may collect includes data on visits to Sites & mobile applications such as the Sites, pages, advertisements viewed & actions taken on Sites or apps. Zoozoobox does take physical, electronic, administrative steps in maintaining security of any data collected, including limiting persons who've physical access to any servers, 3rd party vendors & or services utilized in development & maintenance of this Platform, as well as employing electronic security systems & password protections to guard against unauthorized access.

While we will use reasonable means to ensure the security of information you transmit through the Platform, any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that such information will not be intercepted by 3rd parties, & we will not be liable for any breach of the security of your Personal Information resulting from causes or events that are beyond our control, including, without limitation, your own act or omission, corruption of storage media, defects in 3rd party data security products or services, power failures, natural phenomena, riots, acts of vandalism, hacking, sabotage, or terrorism, & we are not responsible for unauthorized circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.

15 — LEGAL_PURPOSES — 15

You hereby authorize us to disclose any of your Personal Information that may be collected pursuant judicial or administrative proceedings & law enforcement or government agencies if we are legally required to do so. You also authorize us to disclose Personal Information if we believe the disclosure is necessary or appropriate in the event of an investigation of improper or illegal conduct in connection with the Platform, such as fraud, misrepresentation, intellectual property infringement, or other activity that may put us at risk for liability.

Our Privacy Policy & resultant statement & notice or any of our rights & or obligations may be assigned herein/therein/hereof to any successor.

18 — DISPUTES — 18

Any actions, claims, or proceedings arising out of or relating to our Privacy Policy & it's herein/therein/hereof notice & statement, or any interaction with Zoozoobox shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Except as otherwise provided in our Mandatory Arbitration clause, users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction & venue of courts located in Wyoming for any permitted court proceedings (including small claims court). If you access Zoozoobox’s Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk & are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

19 — MADATORY_ARBITRATION_&_NO_CLASS_ACTIONS — 19

By using the Zoozoobox Platform (including boss.institute), or by purchasing, trading, or interacting with any Digital Assets issued/minted/created/authored by Zoozoobox, you agree to the following dispute resolution terms:

19.1 — MADATORY_ARBITRATION — 19.1

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or any transaction involving Zoozoobox Digital Assets shall be resolved exclusively through final & binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if eligible.

The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single, neutral arbitrator & shall take place in the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties.

19.2 — NO_CLASS_ACTIONS — 19.2

You & Zoozoobox agree that any claims shall be brought solely in your or our individual capacity & not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims & may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

19.3 — GOVERNING_VENUE — 19.3

This arbitration agreement & any claims arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Judgment upon any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. If you access Zoozoobox’s Platform from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk & are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

20 — INTERNATIONAL_JURISDICTION — 20

Zoozoobox’s Platform is accessible globally, & we welcome users from around the world. However, by accessing or using our Platform & Digital Assets from outside the United States, you acknowledge & agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws & regulations of your local jurisdiction.

This includes (but is not limited to) any applicable tax obligations, securities regulations, digital asset restrictions, or import/export controls that may apply to your use of the Zoozoobox’s Platform.

Zoozoobox makes no representations or warranties that our Platform or Digital Assets comply with the legal or regulatory requirements of any jurisdiction outside the United States. By using our Platform, you waive any claim that might arise under the laws of a non-U.S. jurisdiction.
